We loved the location of this hotel as it was really near of everything. It was in the downtown city with easy access to the public area of the hostel and transportation. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. They were always happy to help with any queries and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Came in Buenos Aires to relax and have fun, this hotel was ideal base for doing it. The restaurant was located within 400 feet. No complaints, the property met expectations.

Location of hotel was central enough and there were some free internet terminals that worked. The shower had hot water and the room had clean sheets.
The hotel was dirty and had torn towels. Breakfast was very basic and hardly creative. Staff members were not polite or accommodating. There was a lot of noise from the surrounding area and some guests were given cheese and meat while others were not. Photos could be used to spruce up the dingy decor.

Location is great, reception staff is very attentious, rooms are spacious and clean, almost can't hear noise from street.
The cleaning staff started to clean the rooms around 7h15am, even with a loud vaccum, which woke us up on 2 mornings. Also, they knocked our door around 8h30am (!!!) on a Sunday, asking if they could clean. Although the breakfast food is good enough, the service is terrible. They don't replace knives and spoons, croissants, and so on. You have to go to the kitchen and ask them to replace it. But if you wake up early, maybe you won't face any of these issues. We used to wake up around 9am.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. the prices were very reasonable considering the central location. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And finally, the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a functioning bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety to start the day.
All went well during my stay.

We liked most the size of our room.
We are going to be in your hotel again in three weeks before we leave Argentina. Our plane will be leaving 10,30pm. We asked about the possibility to take shower inthe evening. We were told that the only option is to pay half rate and check out at 6pm. Many hotels let their guest to take shower in a special room they keep just for this purpose.

Location is great just 1 minut walking from La valle St, La florida and the Obelisco and 10 minuts from the Retiro station, do not get a cab!!! the tried to charge me 40 pesos (10 €) fo a 3 minuts ride! Bathrooms (at least mine) was old and complete diferent from the rest of the facilities was like two diferent spaces!. La localizacion es perfecta a tan solo 1 minutos de LA valle, Florida y Obelisco, asi como de la estacion de retiro. El servicio en el desayuno buffet era increible con un trato muy amable.
Bathrooms (at least mine) was old and complete diferent from the rest of the facilities was like two diferent spaces!. Quizas los baños estaban muy viejos y no tenian nada que ver con el resto de las instalaciones!

The hotel is located in the Microcentre area of the city, making it convenient for exploring the centre of town. the public areas only have wifi and the hotel is in a rough area comprising small streets with people loitering around.
The room and bathroom are outdated, smelling of cigarette smoke.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. Despite its budget status, this hotel offers a great deal for the price, with basic amenities and rooms that have a functioning bathroom.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Amazing cost-benefit relationship; very good location; Big room, good acoustic isolation. Cable tv, hair dryer and refrigerator available in the room. Free Wi-Fi.
The elevator was broken for 1,5 day (but it was a holiday, so I can understand the delay in the repair). Regular breakfast, no Ham, or eggs or sausage.
